Return Policy

The customer may only return the products purchased in the following cases:

• When the product delivered does not match the product ordered.
• The delivered product is overdue.
• When the primary packaging of the drug is altered, i.e. broken, wet, with evidence of moisture.
• The security seal presents any anomaly, provided that it is evident that an attempt has been made to open the package or it is detached.
