These terms and conditions govern the relationship between Medic Captain and customers who purchase products through this site. Your use of this website confirms your acceptance of these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you must refrain from providing any personal information, and from using the Medic Captain website in general. The Terms and Conditions of this agreement may be revised at any time by Medic Captain for modification or update, without prior notice to the customer.

The modifications will become effective as soon as they are posted on the Medic Captain page.

To use the service, the customer must be over 18 years of age and must register with Medic Captain by providing their personal information.

The account created is for personal use and not for commercial purposes, the customer is solely responsible for the use and all activities that take place within your account, whether authorized or unauthorized, so you must not show or provide third parties your password; otherwise, it will be your sole responsibility for any damage that results. The customer must notify Medic Captain of any unauthorized use of his or her account or known security breach.

PRODUCT DELIVERY TIME

Delivery times will be between 5 to 10 working days depending on the volume of orders. This period will start from the next working day after the order has been placed and the order has been conformed. We are not responsible for delays attributable to the customer, nor for changes made to the initial instructions. We are not responsible for delays in deliveries in case of national emergency, changes in government regulations, changes in customs legislation, trade restrictions, delays in means of transportation and natural disasters. Under no circumstances will Medic Captain pay penalties for late deliveries.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

The place and date of delivery shall be determined from the Purchase Order. Once approved, any modification to this information will have an additional cost. The place and date included in our service is unique, if the delivery is to different destinations it must be stated in the purchase order and the price will be broken down for each additional destination.

PRICES

All our products are quoted in U.S. dollars.

RATES AND SETTLEMENT

With respect to the rates of the products, the User will be charged the rates established in the corresponding section, as offered on the website. The Fees include the value added tax as provided by the applicable laws in the United Mexican States (16%).

In addition to the purchase price, the purchaser shall be responsible for bearing all taxes arising, including value added, excise, use, privilege, ad valorem, customs and any other similar taxes, levies, fees or charges, taxes imposed or increased by virtue of any law, rule, ordinance or regulation of any municipal, state, federal, international or any other nation with respect to the goods sold to the customer or any part, component or material contained therein, including the importation, processing, distribution, sale or export of raw materials, parts or manufactured goods. Buyer shall also be responsible for any additional expenses incurred by Seller as a result of obligations imposed by municipal, state, federal, international or any other nation's laws regulating labor fees and costs for the production of the goods. In the event that Seller, for any cause whatsoever, is required to pay such taxes, Buyer shall, upon request, immediately reimburse Seller for such amounts. Buyer shall furnish, upon Seller's request, any tax exemption certificate.

Also, to the extent required by applicable laws in each country, Users agree to send us duly completed tax forms to enable us to make all required filings with the tax authorities.

RATE CHANGE

We may change the Fees and/or introduce new charges in addition to the Fees at our sole discretion with thirty (30) days prior written notice to the User.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may increase the Rates, immediately and with contemporaneous notice.

PAYMENT

The price of the products shall be paid in advance by credit card or other payment method accepted on the website.

PACKAGING

All items will be delivered in a bag or in the appropriate organized packaging, as the case may be.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

In order to ship any product, it will be necessary to cover 100% of the amount including taxes and shipping fees.

PAYMENT METHODS

Payments may be made via accepted credit or debit card.

PRIVACY

The personal data provided by the customer when registering on the website, and placing orders will be part of the Medic Captain database, the latter may not disclose them except when required by law and / or competent authority. Likewise, the customer accepts that the information provided may be used by Medic Captain to provide the delivery service, send advertising communications of offers and promotions, as well as surveys to analyze the quality of the service provided. When the customer does not wish to receive such information, he/she may notify us via e-mail to be deleted from the database of preferred customers.

RESPONSIBILITY

Medic Captain assumes no responsibility for customer or user error or negligence in the use of the services offered on this website and does not cover losses due to capture errors or misuse of the service, negligence in the handling or sharing of your information resulting in unauthorized access to accounts, leaving the electronic device through which the purchase is made unattended during an online session.

Likewise, it shall not be liable for any damage or virus that may infect your computer telecommunication equipment, or other property caused by that arising from your access, use or browsing of the website, nor for damages that may be caused by the interruption, modification, and / or closure of this website.

The customer assumes sole responsibility for the proper use of the service and the use of the products purchased, which acknowledges and accepts that it may not be contrary to personal consumption or for resale to third parties, as well as any action that is contrary to these terms and conditions, the law, morality and decency.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All trade names, page headers, graphics, text, logos, buttons, icons, images, audio, code and software used or incorporated in this website and their use, arrangement or integration are protected by law and/or licensed by Medic Captain for use only for the services available on the website.

Any other use, including the reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, display or printing, of the trademarks registered in the name of Medic Captain's companies is prohibited.

RESTRICTIONS

Medic Captain reserves the right to modify, discontinue or cancel the Service, your account, use of the website, the purchase procedure and these terms and conditions, at its sole discretion and without prior notice to the customer.

APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

The relationship between the customer and Medic Captain shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Medic Captain. All disputes, controversies and/or claims arising out of or related to these terms and conditions shall be resolved by the appropriate authorities in accordance with the law.
